The judge credited the two months time served by Crisostomo who was detained on Sept. 11, 2010 and released on Nov. 10, 2010.
On Sept. 7, 2010, Detectives Roque Camacho and Dennis Reyes conducted a routine random check on Crisostomo, 27, who had been released to his sister as his third party custodian.
The detectives learned from Ana Crisostomo, the defendant’s sister, that he went by himself to his mother’s house in Koblerville.
Calistro Crisostomo, police said, violated the terms of his pretrial release for his pending drug charges.
Assistant Attorney General Tiberius Mocanu prosecuted the case, while Calistro Crisostomo was represented by his court-appointed defense attorney G. Anthony Long.
The Attorney General’s Office charged Crisostomo with trafficking and conspiracy to commit trafficking of “ice” on July 10, 2010.
His co-defendant is Juan R. Tydingco, 34.
Police said Crisostomo and Mandel Techur, a known drug dealer, were pulled over by patrol officers and marijuana was found in their possession on Sept. 2, 2010.
