Manglona converted to property bond the $30,000 cash bail earlier imposed on the 32-year-old Villanueva, an As Gonno resident.
Villanueva will be released to his mother, Agnes Villanueva, as his third party custodian.
Anthony Villanueva and Mendel Jeffrey Techur, 37, a Koblerville resident, were arrested last week on drug charges.
The prosecution said Villanueva transported Techur using a maroon Toyota Camry during the drug deals recorded by the police.
Assistant Public Defender Michael Brown is representing Villanueva while Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Petersburg is the prosecutor.
