Applicants should “identify as female and Pacific Islander” or “identify as a female” and are  permanent residents of the CNMI.

The fellowship is open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors at Marianas High School, Saipan Southern High School, or Kagman High School.

Applicants must attach an electronic copy of their most recent school transcript to the application.

There is a $5 application fee. Applicants who use the promo code RISE before Aug. 20 will receive a fee waiver.

A one-time program fee of $50 will be collected later in the program.

IslandHerR Rising will notify successful applications of acceptance on Sept. 23.
