The problem was quickly repaired by the line crew as the power plant staff initiated preparations to begin the Black Start power restoration process to energize the high voltage 34.5kv underground transmission line and both substations.
Power Plant 1 initiated the restoration of the island power supply with First Partial Feeder 1 and will continue with the remaining feeders until full restoration.
Water services to the areas of Papago, San Vicente, Dandan, Obyan and portions of Gualo Rai
are currently offline due to low tank level. Water services will resume after power is restored to the island.
