Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo yesterday found probable cause to believe that Lizama committed the offense of trafficking and possession of “ice.”
Lizama is being held on a $30,000 cash bail.
She was remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections after the hearing.
The Drug Enforcement Task Force purchased $100 worth of “ice” from Lizama through a cooperating source during a controlled buy operation on Oct. 7, 2010 in Garapan.
The cooperating source was told by Lizama, who lived near San Vicente Elementary School, that she had a Chinese friend that could supply ice “24 hours a day,” police said.
