Cuilan Ma, Chungping Li, Lifei Bain, Zhongjun Yu, Shoujun Yin, and Zhipeng Ren, have denied the charges.
After their arraignment hearing last week, the defendants were remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
The defendants were paroled as tourists by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection after their arrival at the Saipan international airport, but were seeking employment in the commonwealth, according to court documents.
Visiting Senior District Court Judge Alex R. Munson also granted the stipulation to continue the preliminary examination hearing for Honglian Cheng on June 22, 2011.
Honglian Cheng, who was arrested early this month by U.S. Homeland Security Investigations, is being held on two counts of unlawful employment of aliens.
