KagHS cadets donate food for Christmas

Last November, the cadets started collecting the goods which they gave to Karidat  for distribution to the needy families on Saipan.

KagHS JROTC was able to collect over $300 worth of food items.

With the economy the way it is every little bit helps, said Ayuyu Battalion Commander Cadet Lt. Col. Keisha Manglona.

She added, “JROTC is a program that teaches each cadet how to be a better citizen for our community and country. We are always proud and happy to give back to our community to show our appreciation for their continuous support.

Manglona said Christmas “has always been known to be one of the merriest times of the year. We hope that any contribution we have made will allow families to enjoy the holiday and allow them to look forward to a better New Year.”
