Deleon Guerrero, who is actively involved in the task force, said more volunteers have joined the regular cleanup operation since June.
On Saturday, he is encouraging regular members, volunteers and other residents to meet at 8:30 a.m. across from the Kagman Market.
The cleanup will focus on Kagman III.
The Kagman group, he said, has been initiating community services and cleanups because it take a while for other government agencies to respond to their requests.
Deleon Guerrero, Ind.-Saipan, said they already have conducted cleanups in Kagman I and II.
Glenn Dikito, block captain of the Kagman Neighborhood Watch, said they want to have a cleanup drive every Saturday.
Deleon Guerrero thanked Brother’s Market, Horizon Company, volunteers and other community members for supporting the program.
