According to Huh,, “I want to inform Kagman residents that the Bookmobile is making weekly visits on Tuesday afternoon starting November. This carries all sorts of books for adults and children. The center is making a schedule of educational programs including music and Korean language classes, and leadership training and first-time driver practice, etc.”
He added, “I have a vision that Kagman will be the Manhattan of CNMI in the future. I think ‘Kag’ has the meaning of ‘two (or many)-storied building,’ ‘Man’ can be interpreted into ‘10,000 or many.’ I’m humbly asking governmental agencies and businesses for more assistances, cooperation and donation. Right now, we need to repair the air-con and install the solar street lights costing over $20,000. There is a saying, ‘Heaven helps those who help themselves.’ But I’d like to say, ‘Heaven helps those who help each other.’ ”
