At least 30 vehicles, including the float of the contestants, joined the motorcade in Koblerville.
School principal Rizalina M. Purugganan said the event raised funds for the purchase of a riding lawnmower.
Program committee co-chairwoman Janelle Rivera said the school’s Parent, Teacher, Student Association raised $6,291.
In her message, PTSA secretary Adela Kapileo commended parents, school administrators, teachers and community members who supported the school’s funding needs..
Rivera said the event was very significant because since the search for Little Mr. and Ms Umang was stopped in the 1980s, was revived this year only.
Named as the Little Mr Umang for the kindergarten to third grade category was Radahao Masga. The first runner up was Goddhy Taitingfong; second, Mark Villanueva; and third, Darvince Manalo.
Kalena Flores was named Little Ms. Umang for the kindergarten to third grade category. Elizabeth Waldo was the first runner up; Renita Fleming, second; and Abigail DeWitt, third.
For the fourth to sixth grade category, Harvey Matagolai and Standy Borja were declared winners as Mr. Umang while Ferlisa Matagolai was named Ms Umang.
The first runner up was Narleen Siech while Daisilyn Rejano was second.
The other Umang participants were Lawrence Worswick, Leo Junior Tudela, Leonard Manuel, James David, Danielle Muyon, Crisley Abrigo, Nathan Nogis, and Ferlisa Quitugua.
The judges for the fashion show were School principal Rizalina M. Purugganan, Zenaida Tabhan and Elizabeth Mendiola.
James David and Joseph Rabauliman were the solo performers during the show.
The duo performers were Christine Kaipat and Clarice Padua; Leonard Manuel and Kristine Pude; Keoni Borja and Emerson Feria.
The parent and child performers were Tarsila Barbin and mom; Matthew Alla and grandpa; DarrenBorja and grandpa; Felisa Quitugua and aunt; Emily DeWitt and Dad.
