Labor Hearing Officer Deanne C. Siemer said Vhilma S. Martinez, Delia B. Tolarba and Isabelita M. Fernandez, who previously worked for the Marianas Fastfood, operator of Kentucy Fried Chicken, have been allowed to seek new employers.
In her May 14 order, Siemer said the three workers were not awarded money damages after they waived any money damages from their employer.
He said the award set was a voluntary settlement between the parties.
The employer is not permanently barred from employing foreign workers.
If the employees fail to find new employers, their former employer will purchase one-way repatriation airline tickets.
But the three workers have already found new jobs.
