Lawmaker wants San Antonio School repaired

According to Saipan and Northern Islands Resolution 17-5, the termite-infested school buildings have been declared unsafe by safety officers and the classrooms have not been used.

Replacing the dilapidated buildings, Sablan said, it will provide students and teachers with a much improved environment and frees the school from potential hazard.

It will also ease the school’s high density when the class rooms are repaired, said Sablan R-Saipan.

His resolution supports the PSS grant application for the repair of the school. He urges his colleagues to support the project as well.

“The delegation is grateful for the support and assistance that the Northern Marianas Housing Corp. has given,” Sablan said.

NMHC handles the federal Community Block Grants provided to the CNMI.
