Attorney Michael W. Dotts submitted bill of costs against Fernandez, amounting to $3,068.11
Last month, the U.S. District Court for the NMI dismissed with prejudice all counts filed by Fernandez against the college and four members of the Board in connection with the termination of her employment last year.
These charges were deprivation of constitutional rights and conspiracy to deprive Fernandez of her constitutional rights.
Dotts represented former regents Janet King and Paz C. Younis and regents Andrew Orsini and Frank Rabauliman in the lawsuit.
