The two, along with Chairman Diego Blanco and members Herman Sablan and Ed Arriola, form the governing body of the Zoning Office which decides on zoning ordinances that are being enforced on residents and commercial establishments around the island.
At their board meeting, Administrator Douglas Wyatt said their office already completed the public hearing process in preparation for their plan to make text amendments to the Saipan Zoning Law.
The public hearings, however, were marred with low or even no turnout.

The board plans to implement a green campaign to promote growing plants and trees all over the island.
