(Office of the Governor) — Gov. David M. Apatang has issued the following memorandum:
“This Thanksgiving week, the Lieutenant Governor and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all government employees for their hard work and commitment to public service, particularly in this economically challenging time for our community.
“We recognize the patience and endurance of our employees as they have dealt with the challenge of returning to painful but necessary austerity measures these past months.
“In recognition of that hard work and sacrifice, I am hereby authorizing Administrative Leave on Friday, November 28, 2025, for non-essential employees of the Commonwealth Government’s Executive Branch.
“Lieutenant Governor Mendiola and I wish you and your families a safe and peaceful holiday, and of course a very Apatangsgiving.”
