(DPL) — The Department of Public Lands hereby notifies the public that the moratorium on the acceptance and processing of agricultural and grazing permit applications for subsistence purposes on public land on Saipan remains in effect.
This moratorium was originally implemented on Feb. 10, 2023, and continues until further notice.
During this period:
• New applications for subsistence agricultural and grazing permits on Saipan will not be accepted; and
• Pending applications will not be processed.
This moratorium applies only to Saipan. Agricultural and grazing permit applications on Rota and Tinian are not affected.
DPL will issue a public notice when the moratorium is lifted or modified.
