(SMO) — The Saipan Mayor’s Office announces that Numbers International Inc. has been awarded the exclusive bingo license for the island. The awarding of this license comes after a lengthy bidding process. Each bid was thoroughly reviewed and verified in consultation with the mayor’s legal consul to ensure a fair and impartial pool of potential licensees.
