

The Saipan-Wide Environmental Enhancement Program, through the CNMI Department of Public Works, is continuing to assist residents with post-typhoon debris removal in coordination with FEMA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the CNMI Department of Public Works. If you qualify for assistance, please submit your request no later than June 12, 2026.
SWEEP is available for elderly residents, medically vulnerable residents, and those unable to safely move debris to the curb. Accepted materials include vegetative debris, construction and demolition debris, sheet metal, electronics, household hazardous waste, and appliances/white goods.
