Man accused of tossing urine into air conditioner

SUPERIOR Court Clerk of Court Patric Diaz has issued a penal summons against Larry B. Lacson, who has been accused of throwing urine into an air conditioning unit of another person.

Lacson was summoned to appear before Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja on Oct. 21 at 9 a.m. for an arraignment.

“If you do not appear, an application may be made for the issuance of a warrant for your arrest,” Diaz told Lacson.

“You are entitled to be represented by a lawyer. If you are unable to afford a lawyer, you may be entitled to the services of an appointed lawyer at no expense to you. To apply for these services, please contact the Office of Probation at 236-9865/70,” Diaz added.

Lacson was charged with disturbing the peace and vandalism.

Disturbing the peace is punishable by imprisonment for not more than six months while vandalism is punishable by fine and community service, but no jail term.

According to the information against Lacson, “On or about July 25, 2024, on Saipan…Larry Lario B. Lacson did unlawfully and willfully commit an act which unreasonably annoyed or disturbed the peace of another person…depriving [her] of her right to peace and quiet, or, which provokes a breach of peace, to wit: Defendant unlawfully and willfully threw urine into [her] air conditioning unit…causing [her] to call the police and depriving [her] of her right to peace and quiet, in violation of 6 CMC § 3101(a), and made punishable by 6 CMC § 3101(b) and 4101(d).”

In addition, on or about July 25, 2024, Lacson “vandalized the private property of [the victim] by throwing urine into [her] air conditioning unit, in violation of 6 CMC § 1805(a), and made punishable by 6 27 CMC § 1805(b) and 4101(b).”
