
SUPERIOR Court Judge Kenneth L. Govendo has sentenced Larry Williams to serve 325 days in prison for his fifth conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol.
On Tuesday, Judge Govendo found Williams guilty of DUI, refusing to submit to a breath test, and violating the terms and conditions of his probation, which is set to expire on Aug. 23, 2026.
Williams was sentenced to 325 days in prison, with credit for one day already served. He was ordered to report to the Department of Corrections on Aug. 30, 2025, at 6 p.m. and is scheduled to be released on July 21, 2026, at 6 p.m.
In addition to the prison sentence, Williams was fined $1,000 and had his driver’s license revoked for one year.
He was also placed on two years’ probation and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service. He must pay a $245 probation fee along with other court fees.
In a previous traffic case, 24-0251, Williams was sentenced to one year in prison, all suspended, with credit for one day already served.
