Sablan also conceded violating his probation in 2008. The court re-imposed the remainder of his five-year sentence.
Both sentences will run consecutively, the court said.
Assistant Attorney General Shelli Neal prosecuted the case while Sablan was represented by court-appointed defense counsel Loren Sutton.
