On Aug. 21, Mario Espeleta, its program coordinator, said the association will hold its 9th Annual Foundation & Family Day Walk.
“We are expecting more than 50 participants,” he told the Variety, as he encouraged family members to join the event.
Since the event is family-oriented, Espeleta said they also emphasize family values and relationship.
The program will start at the Micro Beach Pavilion at American Memorial Park at 6 a.m.
Registration is free.
The 5K turning point is located at the 13 Fishermen Pavilion while the 10K turning point is located at the Beach Road pathway across from the Pacific Outlet Clothes Center in Chalan Laulau.
This year’s sponsors are Joanna’s Transportation, Coca Cola, IT&E and Team Pacific Development Inc., which includes the Marianas Visitors Authority and Duty Free Shoppers.
