Darren Tenorio Demapan got the most number of awards — nine.
He received scholarships from Joeten Enterprises and Robert C. Byrd Scholarship Program.
He also received department content area awards for language arts, mathematics, social studies, and business.
He is, moreover, the recipient of the Presidential Academic Fitness Award as well as the Citizenship, Perfect Attendance and Overcomer Award.
Adeleyah Charlotte Mojica, for her part, received six awards.
Mojica got scholarships from the Saipan Chamber of Commerce and the Robert C. Byrd Scholarship Program.
She was also named the U.S. Marine Corps awardee for scholastic excellence.
She received the department content area awards for fine arts, a certificate of initial mastery in master in fine arts, and the Presidential Award.
Larra Bondoc Ramos was the outstanding female graduate awardee. She also received the department content area awards in language arts and science as well as the Presidential Academic Fitness Award and the Citizenship, Perfect Attendance and Overcomer Award.
U.S. Marine Corps community awards were also presented to the following students: Jenequa Benavente and Heartim Williams as distinguished athletes; John Patrick Ermitanio, scholastic excellence; Lynne Serrano and Jonne Roger Cadua, musical excellence.
The Rotary Club scholarship was awarded to Centennial Sapemang, while Celina Chow and Rica Jin Kin received scholarships from the Saipan Chamber of Commerce.
Kim also received full scholarship at the University of Phoenix.
Department content area awards were presented to Won Joo Kin and Christian Colin Cruz for language other than English; Ye Sol Jun for mathematics; Ken Oben Yoshimoto for science; Rica Jin Kim for social studies; Jenequa Sulli Benavente and Jerome Java Ocampo for physical education; Fergelie Dela Cruz and Eldred Camacho Sanchez for career and technical education; Vernell Orosi Almendras for business; Bernadette Labarda Laviste for fine arts; Hartim Iida Williams and Diana Rose Feria Buena for JROTC.
Certificates of initial mastery were given to Yoon Seok Choi, master in fine arts in music; Maria Kristina Constante, Hyde Joon Kim, Ervin Martinez and Matthew Wheat, master in fine arts in drama; Dalena Alban, Jane Arriola, Antonette Cabrera, Mariefe Carreon, Celina Chow, John Habijan, Esther Kim, Won Joo Kim, Jerry Mabini, Arisha Akiko Mishimura, Janelle Palacios, Kyoung Min Kay Park, and Meng Yang Yu, master in fine arts, basic; Tioni Alvarez, Asher Crisostomo, Bernadette Laviste, and An Peng Sun, master in fine arts in art; Justine Cabrera, Christian Cruz, John Patrick Ermitanio, Jessica Estrada, Gerald Galang, Ji Hoon Heo, Kevin Jardinero, Derek Kafu Leung, Paulo Sangalang, Jessie Savellano, Kayleena Seman, Justis Tenorio and Sylvia Wennio, master in fine arts in video production; Centennial Sapemang, auto mechanics.
Besides Demapan, Mojica and Ramos, 10 other students received the Presidential Award-gold; 68, silver; 52, Overcomer Award; and 66, Citizenship Award.
