THE CNMI Emergency Operations Center State Warning Point in conjunction with U.S. Naval Forces Marianas would like to inform the general public that the military will be conducting training on Tinian from April 1 to 7, 2024, 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
The training will take place on and in the vicinity of the Tinian exclusive military use area.
Marine vessels are advised to monitor the U.S. Coast Guard broadcast Notice to Mariners for advisories and remain clear of the areas for the duration of the events.
Gov. Arnold I. Palacios said residents in the areas surrounding the training exercises should not be alarmed if they hear or see increased training activity.
