ACTING Marianas Visitors Authority Managing Director Vicky I. Benavente says Philippine Airlines will start its service to Guam beginning June 21.
“On Saipan right now, they just cannot do it,” she said. “PAL still has to conduct a feasibility study and analysis,” Benavente told Variety.
She said the CNMI could be offered as a golfing destination for affluent Filipinos.
Benavente said the Filipino golfers and families of Filipino workers in the CNMI may be included by MVA in its marketing campaign.
During the meeting between the CNMI delegation and PAL officials in Manila, Benavente said they “offered what MVA can do in terms of marketing campaign.”
