“There will be exhibits and workshops on Oceania, including the history and culture of each island,” she told the MVA board during its meeting on Tuesday.

In addition, there will be a forum for environmental and other regional issues hosted by the most vulnerable nations and communities of Oceania, she added.

On Tuesday, the MVA board approved the allocation of $10,725 for MVA’s participation in Oceania Village Tokyo.

The funding will come from the $40,000 appropriated for promoting the CNMI in Russia.
