Saimon, 23, has admitted the charge of assault and battery.
The court originally sentenced Saimon to one year imprisonment, all suspended except for 30 days.
Saimon and Alfonso Kintin, 34, a co-defendant, were also charged with disturbing the peace and riot.
Kintin’s case has yet to be adjudicated.
According to the plea agreemnt, Saimon admitted punching his male victim multiple times in the face on Aug. 11, 2011.
Saimon will pay a $500 fine that will be reduced to $250, if he pays within one year, a $25 court assessment fee, and a probation fee.
He will pay all medical fees incurred by the victim as a result of the assault.
He will be placed on probation for two years.
Police responded to a call after four men were seen fighting in front of hotel in western Garapan.
The victim’s nose and left cheek were bloodied and his lips were swollen, police said.
The third suspect was not arrested.
