The AG added, “We will ardently prosecute anyone whom we believe has broken these laws and we must be allowed to gather the evidence, including autopsy evidence, that allows us to do our job. We ask for this not out of disrespect for the grieving family, but out of a desire that justice be done and that future families may be spared from such loss.”
