Faculty, staff, and students from the different degree and certificate programs, as well as counseling, financial aid, and admissions staff will be on hand to answer questions. Current students will also be speaking about their experiences at NMC.
Individuals who attend the free information session will qualify to have their application fee and their placement test fees waived for the Fall 2010. This represents a savings of about $75. Registration for the Fall 2010 semester will begin on Monday, Aug. 16, and will continue until Saturday, Aug. 21.
NMC offers several degree and certificate programs, including bachelor of science degrees in elementary education, associate degrees in business, business administration (emphasis on accounting, business management, or computer applications), liberal arts, nursing, natural resources management, criminal justice, and hospitality management. Moreover, it offers short-term certificate programs in different vocational, academic, and professional areas.
