Toribiong will be accompanied by his wife Valeria Toribiong, Vice President-elect Kerai Mariur and his wife Waisang Mariur.
Mariur was recently named by Toribiong to head the Finance Ministry because of his experience in finance, the economy and business matters.
Before coming to Saipan, the group will also hold an appreciation party on Guam, Saturday.
The gathering on Saipan will be held at the Micro Beach Pavillion from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
A coordinator for the program said they are expecting 400 individuals to join Toribiong in the event.
Toribiong and his party are expected to arrive at 2:50 p.m. on Sunday. He will be met at the airport by his supporters on island.
Toribiong narrowly defeated Vice President Elias Camsek Chin in the presidential election held last month.
