Both countries signed the Communiqué of the 7th Senior Officials Bilateral meeting last week here in Honiara.
Solomon Islands Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary Barnabas Anga said it is agreed PNG will assist Solomons students’ enrolment in their tertiary institutions.
PNG will also offer them scholarships.
In return, Solomon Islands College of Higher Education will provide an office for University of Papua New Guinea to help in vocational training.
