(MV) — Aerrol Jean Blas Castro, 27, who was wanted on charges of disturbing the peace, assault and battery, and vandalism, was arrested by police at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday at the Susupe Market, according to Department of Public Safety Public Information Officer Fred Sato.
