Flores and Board of Education members on Monday afternoon in roadside waving events on Saipan, Tinian and Rota to mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the autonomous Public School System governed by the BOE, an independent policymaking body.
On Rota, Dr. Rita Hocog Inos Junior Senior High School and Sinapalo Elementary School staff and personnel held their roadside event at 4 p.m. Monday.
