Mendiola of the PSS-Human Resources Office said she is “happy and proud for being named the overall central office support staff of the year. My family is so proud of me. I have been working for PSS for a long time but I will not get tired of assisting people who are in need of my help.”

Various program managers and colleagues commended her for “exuding a sense of pride and loyalty that was infectious.”
Her “positive attitude also raises a productive work environment to those around her and those who work with the human resources department.”

Others described her as “proactive, responsive, the best.”
Her supervisor said Mendiola “could very well be considered the glue that holds the PSS Human Resources Office together.”
