Richard Baleares returns as the Rotaract president for the fourth time. He said he was grateful for Camacho’s dedication to the club. His first act as president was to recognize Camacho’s service.

“One thing stood out — she never gave up, she sacrificed a lot of her time, a lot of her peace…that’s because she really loved this club,” he said.

The club formalized its new by-laws during the ceremony.
