Rotary Club service director Laila C. Younis Boyer said copies of the CDs are available at tje Joeten stores in Garapan and Susupe, Triple “J” Super Fresh Market, Surf Turf, I Love Saipan, Sketchers, and the Kagman Mobil Station.
Boyer said off-island customers can buy copies by sending a money order payable to the Rotary Club of Saipan and mailing it to P.O. Box 500434, Saipan, MP 96950.
“Christmas in the Marianas” is a collection of traditional Christmas music interpreted by 15 artists from Guam, Saipan, Tinian and Rota.
Officially launched last month, “Christmas in the Marianas” features local artists Walter Manglona, Arnold Kaipat, Marvin I. Deleon Guerrero, Parker Yobei, Toni Quitugua, Alexandro “The Colonel” Sablan, Jude Hofschneider, Julian Hofschneider, Joseph H. Aldan, Maggie Naputi, the Maluw Band (Chris Romolor, BJ Iriarte, Patrick Romolor and Ray Romolor), Amber Mendiola, Rose Martinez Certeza, Debbie Palacios and Gus B. Kaipat.
The Rotary Club produced 2,000 copies of the CDs and the proceeds will be used to fund its community project in Kagman.
Rotary Club president Glen Perez urges members of the community to get their copies and help support the club’s projects.
