Areas affected: Feeder 3 (portions of San Jose Village, Subdivision, Broadway Estates, Marpo Valley, Marpo Heights, and Carolinas Heights)
Water wells affected: Maui II Well and the Tinian International Airport
Purpose: To allow CUC linemen to replace wooden power poles.
