The Saipan Municipal Council, the Department of Public Works, the Department of Lands and Natural Resources, the Zoning Board Office, the Historic Preservation Office and the Department of Environmental Quality are finalizing plans for the courtyard project.
The committee told the Variety they will periodically update the list of names that will be posted on the memorial court which is designed to honor previous and current indigenous leaders of the commonwealth.
