All students that have been evaluated from junior high are not officially enrolled if their parents/legal guardians did not submit registration forms.
Forms may be picked up from the counseling office and should be submitted ASAP for your child to be enrolled in SSHS.
All returning students that attended SSHS last year must return all your textbooks and settle all obligations with the school, before you can pick up your class schedule.
Schedules are to be picked up at the counseling office as follows:
• Seniors (12th grade) – Aug. 22, Monday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Juniors (11th grade) – Aug. 23, Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Sophomores (10th grade) – Aug. 24, Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All transfer and new students enrolling at SSHS (SY 2011-2012) in grades (10th, 11th and 12th) are required to attend an orientation on Aug. 25, Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with their parents or legal guardians. No students will be allowed to attend the orientation without parents or legal guardians in attendance.
Freshman or 9th grade student orientation will be held on two different sessions to accommodate parents/guardian work schedules. Please attend only one session on Aug. 26, Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with their parents or legal guardians. No students will be allowed to attend the orientation without parents or legal guardians in attendance.
