
(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will conduct its 3rd Quarter Professional Development Training: “Strategic Leadership & Effective Management” on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, at Island Training Solutions, Suite 604, on the 6th floor of Marianas Business Plaza.
This timely and impactful event is presented in partnership with Island Training Solutions and is designed to learn essential leadership skills and practical tools to manage teams, improve performance, and make confident decisions — ideal for new leaders and a great refresher for experienced leaders.
Attendees may choose between a morning session from 9 a.m. to 12 noon or an afternoon session from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Participants will gain core leadership principles and practical strategies to strengthen team performance, boost efficiency, and build confidence in decision-making. The session will be led by Island Training Solutions President James T. Arenovski, who brings extensive knowledge and real-world experience.
The training fee is $50 for Saipan Chamber members and $60 for future members. Organizations registering three or more participants will receive a group discount of $5 off per person. Registration includes admission to the session, light refreshments, and digital training materials. To enhance the interactive experience, participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or digital device.
