Allen Cuyugan, owner and instructor of Allen’s School of Dance and Performing Arts in Garapan, said he has just signed a three-month experimental contract with TakeCare Insurance Saipan.
“Individuals who are members of the TakeCare Insurance Wellness Program can now join free dance classes from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from 8 a.m. to 89 a.m. on Saturdays,” Cuyugan said.
Members are required to bring their insurance identification cards.
Aside from dancing lessons, Cuyugan said TakeCare insurance cardholders can also participate in aerobics, zumba, and dance fusion.
“This is TakeCare Saipan’s first wellness program on Saipan, and we are inviting members to drop by and check us out for your free dance sessions,” Cuyugan said.
Allen’s School of Dance and Performing Arts has been offering lessons to its growing list of clients in ballroom dancing, low and high impact zumba, dance fusion, belly dancing, modern dances like hip-hop, techno, R&B, modern jazz, ballet jazz, local and international cultural dances, modeling, voice lessons, instrument and acting workshops since it opened its doors in September last year.

Cuyugan said through the team-up, members will get the chance to have instant access to health and fitness activities each week to improve one’s healthy lifestyle practices.
