Wiseman required Jack Esiwini Sachuo and his aunt Becky Jack, his third party custodian, to jointly issue $2,500 as unsecured appearance bond.
Wiseman also ordered Sachuo to stay away from 99 Cents Supermarket in Garapan, including its parking lot.
Sachuo must to not possess or consume alcohol.
After Wiseman granted the motion for bail modification, Assistant Public Defender Douglas Hartig moved for the arraignment of his client, Sachuo.
Wiseman granted the oral motion, and accepted Sachuo’s not guilty plea to the charges of assault and battery, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace.
On Aug. 20, 2010, Sachuo damaged Jonathan Del Mundo Mendoza’s vehicle after hitting the top portion of its side door.
As responding officers were about to take custody of Sachuo who was subdued by other people in the area, the defendant struggled, managed to get loose, and hit the face of one of the officers with his swinging right arm.
The officers eventually handcuffed and arrested Sachuo.
