Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman also required Borja, represented by Ramon Quichocho, to post $36,000 as property bond.

Wiseman approved the release of Borja, 22, to his third party custodians, Rita Bernice Borja, his sister, and Joaquin H. Borja, the defendant’s uncle.

Assistant Attorney General Brian Gallagher represented the government.

Wiseman directed Borja not to have any contact with his victims.

Borja was arrested on Monday on the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, three counts of assault and battery, kidnapping, two counts of child abuse, interfering with a domestic violence report, violation of an order for protection, two counts of disturbing the peace, contempt, and two counts of misuse of government property.
