Top Fiji military officers charged over plot

Ratu Tevita was charged with one count of uttering seditious comments — breaching Section 67 of the Crimes Decree.

Driti was charged with one count each of uttering seditious comments and inciting to mutiny.

The two men have been ordered to surrender their passports and will re-appear in court on May 30.
