Dr. Celia Lamkin, the global chairperson and founder of the National Youth Movement for the West Philippine Sea, said the charity concert will benefit the Scarborough Shoal fishermen, residents of Pag-asa island in Kalayaan, Pag-asa Health Center, Pag asa Elementary school children in Pag-asa Island, Kalayaan, Palawan in the central Philippines, and the military men of the BRP Sierra Madre at Ayungin Shoal in the West Philippine Sea through the gift-giving programs of the National Youth Movement for the West Philippine Sea.

A minimum donation of $25 or 1,250 pesos will allow admission to the concert. Those who will donate $50 or 2,500 pesos and above will be recognized as major sponsors of the charity concert.
