Judge Kenneth L. Govendo also allowed Malitha to be released to her friend as third party custodian.
Malitha was required to post the remaining $2,400 as unsecured bond.
Govendo directed Malitha to stay away from Koblerville Housing No. K3, and from Police Officer Flor Estabillo whom the defendant slapped at the back, pushed, and kicked, while being arrested shortly after midnight on Feb. 17.
Malitha is being held on charges of minor consuming alcohol, assault and battery, and resisting arrest.
Police said they responded to a disturbance call in at Koblerville Housing No. K3, where Estabillo met Malitha who was drunk at the time.
Malitha slapped Estabillo on his back and pushed him when the officer tried to talk to her.
While being transported to the Department of Corrections facility, Malitha kicked the officer driving the police car.
Police plastic-cuffed her feet to subdue her.
