Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo said Omengkar can post $400 cash and the remaining $9,600 in unsecured bond.
Police Officer 1 Florencio Richards, Omengkar’s co-defendant, has been out after posting $1,000 cash bail and $9,000 in unsecured bond.
Their bail was earlier set at $10,000 cash.
Richards was released to his common-law wife as third party custodian.
Omengkar, 38, and Richards, 32, who was off-duty at that time, were arrested last July by the CNMI Joint Drug Task Force for possession and trafficking of “ice.”
Police also seized Richards’ DPS-issued 9mm pistol.
Omengkar and Richards have denied the charges.
