The graduation was attended by several off island dignitaries which included Yap Gov. Sebastian Anefal, Rear Adm.
Paul Bushong, FSM Speaker Isaac Figir, Congressman Joseph Urusemal, Sen. Jesse Raglmar, and other officials.
In his remarks to the graduates, Anefal urged them to ask the bigger question of what to do next.
He told them to dream big in life but also warned them not to “oversleep” so that their dreams can be brought to reality.
He challenged them to rise to the occasion and “take the question head on.” He said they owe it to their communities, to their state, and more importantly to themselves.
