The committee selected Larry Raigetal as chairman, John Fathal as vice chairman, and Dee Libyan as secretary/ treasurer.
During its next meeting, the committee set up other subcommittees including protocol program and invitation, site preparation and transportation, food and entertainment and a subcommittee on security that are needed to iron out details of the ceremony.
The committee will meet again on Monday, Dec. 20.
