Other participants included the FSM national court, the FSM state courts, Guam, the CMNI, Palau and American Samoa.
The three-day training discussed officer safety and defensive tactics; managing caseload and field operations; and writing pre-sentence reports.
The trainers included two highly commended probation officers from the U.S., and a probation officer from the Guam judiciary.
